Security

Security should be visible in architecture, not just in adjectives.

Aspen Meridian Ltd takes a measured view of security. The goal is not to perform invulnerability. It is to reduce unnecessary exposure, apply sensible controls, and prefer systems that are auditable, bounded, and proportionate to the actual risk.

Access

Administrative access should be limited, controlled, and reviewed with care.

Segmentation

Projects, tools, and services should be separated where that improves resilience and operational clarity.

Vendors

Third-party providers may be used, but not treated as a substitute for judgement.

Automation and monitoring

Certain systems may use automated checks, alerting, traffic controls, bot mitigation, telemetry, or machine-assisted analysis where operationally appropriate.

Human oversight

Automation can assist with speed and consistency. It does not remove the need for human review, governance, or final judgement. That distinction matters, and we prefer to state it plainly.
