Who We Are
Focus Areas
Infrastructure for identity, assurance, exposure visibility, and the growing need for confidence in digitally mediated life.
Technologies that help reduce vulnerability, strengthen resilience, and improve practical control in a world of expanding exposure.
Systems that compress uncertainty, improve operational judgement, and elevate the quality of human decision-making where it matters.
Technologies supporting the next generation of transaction, settlement, and digital value infrastructure.
Operating Principles
The group acquires and develops only what it believes in with conviction. Ventures are chosen for structural importance and enduring relevance over breadth, fashion, or appearance.
What is built in the world is shaped first by the thinking behind it. We place real value on clarity, responsibility, and the discipline to act with intention. Accountability is not spread thinly across committees. Decisions are undertaken with experience and authority to own them completely.
There are moments when timing matters, and in those moments one should act. But much of value in life and business still follows an older pattern; we plant in one season, we tend in another, and we harvest later. We are structured to recognise that difference — to move when the time is right, and to give good assets the patience required to reward sound judgement.

Selected Projects
A privacy-first digital exposure intelligence platform with a credible market position. combining low-friction breach checking, AI-free reporting, continuous monitoring, and exportable documentation in a service designed to improve visibility, strengthen security behaviour, and surface risk before it becomes administrative or financial damage.
Visit locked.im →A proprietary payments asset in active development. ManxPay reflects the group’s interest in next-generation transaction infrastructure, supported by protected intellectual property and associated infrastructure developed with an emphasis on precision, compliance, and scalable deployment in modern payment environments.
Visit ManxPay →Aspen Meridian is structured to support a small number of coherent, high-conviction ventures rather than a broad or unfocused collection of assets. We believe selectivity produces better ownership: clearer judgement, stronger governance, and a greater capacity to build with patience. Any expansion should strengthen the whole, not dilute it.
Positioning
Aspen Meridian serves as the parent structure for a deliberately selective group of ventures and technology assets, combining legal clarity, strategic direction, and governance discipline, with room for further expansion where fit and timing are genuinely right.
